So, how am I charged?

Your CareCaller™ subscription will begin at checkout. Just pay for the first month at checkout with the credit card of your choice. The $39 charge at checkout covers your first month of service. Your card will then be automatically charged on that day every month until you cancel.

Can I change my card?

Sure thing! Call us anytime at 800-378-2957 and we'll be happy to update your card on file in a matter of seconds.

How do I cancel?

There are NEVER any contracts here at SafeGuardian. Cancel anytime. To cancel, just email us at service@safeguardian.com and we'll be happy to close out your account. For subscription-based plans, you'll need to mail your device back after cancellation. To do that, please use this account cancellation request form.

Is my subscription refundable?

SafeGuardian offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, notify us within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, window, the monthly subscription is non-refundable, but we'll be happy to close out your account anytime, no questions asked.

Is there a warranty on my device?

Yes! Your CareCaller™ device has a limited lifetime warranty. Should any manufacturer issues ever arise with your device, send it back to us or reach out to our tech team and we'll repair, or — if necessary — replace your device for free.
