The subscription service plan will begin when your device is activated and re-occur conveniently each month until cancelled in writing. Monthly network service payments are non-refundable once charged.

After my mom had a bad fall, my husband and I began looking for something to alert us if she fell again. Since we live on the second floor and she lives on the first, and I work at home, we didn't need something that called 911 or a monitoring center.
