A no contract monthly service plan is required to connect your Medical Alert Pendant to the nationwide telehealth communications network. The service fee will reoccur automatically until canceled in writing. Cancel anytime. Service fees are non-refundable once billed but are fully transferable.

How do I cancel?


There are NEVER any long term contracts here at SafeGuardian. Cancel service anytime. To cancel your monthly subscription plan, simply mail your device back to us. To do that, please use this account cancellation request form.

Is my subscription refundable?


SafeGuardian offers an unconditional 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new SafeGuardian CareCaller, simply return it to us within the first 14 days following delivery for a full refund. After that window, the monthly subscription is non-refundable, but we'll be happy to close out your account anytime, no questions asked.

Is there a warranty on my device?
